PROPER EATING DURING RAMADAN IMPORTANT FOR PLAYERS

Bukit Jalil – “Balanced diet and sufficient water intake is very important for the players who will be in action in the Malaysia League in this Ramadan month”.

That is the point of view of the National Sports Institute (NSI) Nutritionist, Mohd Qusyairy Ajman Mohd Amin.

This is the first time the Malaysia League will be held during the Ramadan month.

Mohd Qusyairy said, the important thing is that, the players need to be clear of their intake of the amount of food and water.

The challenge here is that, the players need to ensure that the quantity of food and water is the same as before the Ramadan month.

Insufficient of food and water intake will have an effect on the players.
