Fitness Test
This exam covers all Sukma athletes who competed in the tournament. ISN Satellite Centres Penang also run fitness test to outside agencies such as the applicant’s position in the Penang State Museum. Application of external agencies only if there is an invitation fulfilled or space-time employees. The following priority services to Penang athletes.
BCA test (Body Composition Index)
Conducted by Sports Nutrition Officer from ISN Penang. In addition BCA test, nutritional advice and intake of supplementary food made for each sport requires.
Sports Psychological counseling sessions
Psychological officials here have tables and sports psychology mental training for sports that require these services. In addition, employees are required to assist the Director of the Penang State Sports Council for athletes camps before the onset of the Malaysia Games.
Advisory services and supplementary feeding
Provide information to the Penang State Sports Council for food in camp and purchase additional food. In addition, all events or events involving athletes need a nutrition officer set menu meal for the occasion. This advice also involve athletes, especially in sports that require a specific supplements.
Gym Training
Training gym run by three (3) coaches are distributed to each sport.
Ice bath
The service is carried out to state athletes.
Nutrition talks
Special session for the specific type of sport performed for detailed explanations relating to sports nutrition. Nutrition lectures or ‘Nutrition talk’ is usually made on Saturday or Sunday for two hours. The talks involve rules drinks and so on are taught in more detail to the athletes.

Educational programs of sports science
All education programs to the state coach or staff Penang Sports Council implemented by ISN Satellite Centres Penang.
Sports science advice
Helping local sports associations such as the interview panel the Football Association of Penang (FAP) for the election of a new manager.
Sports medicine
Having a sports masseur from China. This is a request from the Penang State Sports Council which require the services of sports medicine in the state. Penang Satellite Centre is also tasked to form a sports medicine team consists of doctors, nurses, medical assistants, physiotherapy and sports massage for SUKMA championship every year.
